Returning Items
If you need to return any items to us please contact us first by either email at hello@marshallspets.uk or by telephone on 07799 519 300
Please note any items returned must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of frozen items.
Items not required can be returned to any of our shops, where you will be issued with a credit note for the full value of the items.
If items have been delivered incorrectly or faulty please contact us and we will arrange a suitable time with you to collect the items and either replace or refund at your request.
We will not refund for damage found to be caused by misuse or violent destruction.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
