Click & Collect

You can now choose to collect your order from any of our stores. Just choose 'Pick Up' in the delivery section of the checkout and then select the location that is most convenient for you.

We will email/text you once your order is ready to be collected, please do not arrive to collect before you have received confirmation from us as your order will not be ready.

Please have a copy of the email or text with you when you collect your order.

Most orders will be ready for collection within 24 business hours, however some items like dog beds will take a little longer.

Please note our opening times:

Warehouse: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm

Broadstone Shop: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Burghfield Common Shop: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am - 4:00pm
